libqt5qml-quickcontrols software package provides transitional dummy package for Qt 5 Quick Controls module plugin, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqt5qml-quickcontrols
libqt5qml-quickcontrols is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqt5qml-quickcontrols package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqt5qml-quickcontrols *
You will get with libqt5qml-quickcontrols package name, version, architecture and description in a table
